      What currency are prices listed in?

      Our prices are set to US Dollars by default. To select a different currency, use the drop-down menu at the top or bottom of any page. Final payment will be processed in the US currency. 

      How does the free shipping on orders over $75 US work?

      Simply add items to your cart until the total is over $75.00 US Dollars, and free standard shipping will be automatically applied at checkout. You may choose to select expedited shipping for certain items or combinations of items, at an additional expense.

      How do discount codes work?

      To use a discount code, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, click the link near the bottom called "Add a discount code or gift card" and enter your discount code.

      Why is my phone number required at checkout?

      Our express shipping partners require a phone number so that they can contact you when your package is ready for delivery. This is to ensure that the awesome item(s) you’ve ordered end up in your hands, not the hands of a package thief. We offer free express shipping upgrades on orders over $100.00 USD.

      How long does it take for my order to be sent out?

      Most of the items we sell are custom made to order, and most are assembled or sewn by hand. Once you place an order, someone begins working on it. Depending on the items, it may take up to 7 business days to make your item from start to finish. During very busy times it may take a bit longer. 

      How come I haven't received a tracking code for my order?

      Tracking codes are sent out once the item(s) you've ordered have been shipped out. It may take up to 7 days to receive your tracking code(s), possibly longer if there are shipping delays due to covid-19 or other factors. Depending on the items you order, you may receive more than one email with tracking codes.

      How come I received a text saying that a shipment from Carlos Chen was on it's way?

      Carlos Chen is one of the managers who sets up most of our shipping. You may receive updates saying that a shipment is coming from a name you don't recognize. This is a good thing - it means the items you've ordered are on their way!

      How long does shipping take?

      Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping is taking longer than usual. Current shipping time estimates for most items are as follows. We do our best to keep our product pages updated with the current shipping times for each item.

      CONTINENTIAL USA:

      • Standard Shipping: 7 to 10 Business Days
      • Expedited Shipping: 5 to 7 Business Days 

        INTERNATIONAL: 

        (Does not account for time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc):
        • Standard Shipping: 15 to 20 Business Days
        • Expedited Shipping: 10 to 15 Business Days

          Please note that expedited shipping is not available on all items or combinations of items.

          When will I receive my order?

          Factoring in the time it takes to make the items you've ordered, plus shipping times, customers in the Continental USA should expect to receive their order within 15 - 20 business days with the standard shipping option. If you live elsewhere in the world, you should receive your order within 25 business days. 

          Will everything I order arrive at the same time?

          For orders with multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries. Wherever possible, we will package items together in one shipment to minimize deliveries. Please use the tracking number provided to monitor your delivery.

          Why do I need to provide my email address and phone number for expedited shipping?

          We want you to receive your package safely, not have it stolen by a porch pirate! Most of our expedited shipping is through DHL. In case of a missed delivery, they need this information so they can reschedule a delivery or pick-up.

           Will the item I order look exactly like the picture?

          Because each item is made to order, there may be slight variations in how the final product comes out. Many of the pictures on our site are "mockups" that may not look exactly like the finished product. 

          What if I don't receive my order?

          Please remember to account for the crafting period of up to 7 business days, and add that to the estimated shipping times. If you still haven't received everything you ordered by the end of the expected delivery window, send us an email to hello@jumpjumprope.com with your order number and the item(s) that haven't yet arrived. We'll see if we can figure out why.

          What if I'm not happy with an item I received?

          We hope you jump for joy when you receive the items you ordered from us, but sometimes it doesn't happen that way. If the item you received was made incorrectly (defective, misprinted, not matching the size chart, etc.) we will certainly replace the item.
